My Journey to See Them All
For the majority of my life, the only National Park I had truly ever visited was the Great Smoky Mountains. Living in Tennessee, this park is a staple; it is a must-see location that my family would always frequent with our out-of-town family and visitors. GSMNP is by default my favorite National Park because it is home; however, I became obsessed with the NPS after I took an extraordinary road trip out west visiting 3 NPs as well as several other astonishing natural wonders. Ever since, I have decided to embark on a mission to visit all 63 (61 at the time) US National Parks. So far, I have seen 19.
My goals for 2021 are to visit at least one new park per month. I’m glad to report that I have been successful thus far, and I am thrilled to continue the journey.
